Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for coaching services booked through thefatherandiareone.com.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before session: Free rescheduling or full refund
  • Within 24 hours before session: No refund, but one-time reschedule within 14 days possible
  • No-show without notice: Session fee forfeited, no refund

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of booking without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of booking. To exercise your right, notify us by a clear statement (e.g., email to office@christian-bech.com).

Loss of Withdrawal Right

Your right of withdrawal expires before the 14 days if:

  • You explicitly consented to begin the service before the 14-day period ended, AND
  • You acknowledged that this consent causes loss of the withdrawal right, AND
  • The service has been fully performed

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees, if any, are not refundable.

Package and Multi-Session Bookings

For coaching packages (multiple prepaid sessions):

  • Unused sessions are refundable on a pro-rata basis if requested in writing
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable
  • Package cancellations follow standard 24-hour notice rules for each scheduled session

Service Quality Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your first session, contact us within 7 days. We will either reschedule at no charge or refund the session fee at our discretion. This applies to first sessions only.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on session content after the first session
  • Client’s change of circumstances unrelated to service quality
  • Failure to attend booked sessions without valid notice

  • Your full name
  • Booking date and session details
  • Reason for refund request
