1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between New Earth LLC („Provider“) and the client for coaching, mentoring and consulting services offered via thefatherandiareone.com.
2. Contract Formation
The client’s booking offer is made by booking an appointment via Calendly or by direct contact. The contract is formed upon confirmation by the Provider (email or appointment confirmation).
3. Scope of Services
The Provider offers individual coaching and mentoring services (Consciousness Coaching, Astrology Coaching, Holistic Nutrition Coaching) via video call. The exact scope is determined by the booking confirmation or agreed package.
4. Prices and Payment
Current prices are listed on the Pricing page. All prices are in EUR or USD as agreed. Payment is made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the separate Right of Withdrawal notice. The right of withdrawal expires early upon commencement of the service at the client’s explicit request (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
6. Cancellation by Client
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Sessions may be rescheduled once free of charge (min. 12 hours‘ notice).
7. Confidentiality
The Provider treats all information disclosed during coaching as strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
8. Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for psychological or psychiatric care. The Provider accepts no liability for decisions made by the client based on coaching content.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, content and methods provided during coaching are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be shared, copied or used commercially without permission.
10. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the law of the EU member state of their habitual residence applies additionally.
11. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
