Coaching FAQ: The Approach
What makes this coaching different from therapy?
Coaching with Christian is forward-focused and identity-oriented. Instead of diagnosing or treating mental-health conditions, the work examines who you believe yourself to be underneath the stories — and what shifts when that changes. Therapy typically addresses the past and clinical symptoms; this coaching addresses the present and the future you are creating. The two can run alongside each other.
Is this spiritual or secular work?
Both. The work draws on consciousness and awareness principles that appear across many spiritual traditions, but it is grounded in direct experience rather than belief. You do not need to be religious or spiritual to benefit. You do need to be willing to look honestly at yourself.
Who is this coaching for?
People done with surface-level fixes. Entrepreneurs hitting invisible identity ceilings. Leaders questioning the life they built. Seekers tired of collecting teachers. If you have tried therapy, books, and workshops and still feel stuck at a deeper level, this coaching FAQ is probably describing you.
Who is this coaching not for?
If you want affirmations, quick fixes, or to be told you are already enlightened, this is not the right fit. The work asks something real of you every time. It is challenging in the best way.
Coaching FAQ: Sessions and Logistics

How long is a session?
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, with 75 minutes being the average.
Are sessions in person or remote?
Most sessions happen remotely via Zoom. In-person sessions are available when scheduling and geography allow. Remote and in-person sessions are equally effective.
What language are sessions in?
English or German, depending on your preference. Let Christian know when you book.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on what you are working with. Some people find a single session gives them the insight they needed; others work over months. You are not locked into anything — each session stands on its own.
Do you record sessions?
Only with your explicit written consent. Sessions are private by default.
Coaching FAQ: Booking and Payment
How do I book a session?
Book directly through the online calendar. Pick a time, pay the session fee, and you will receive confirmation by email.
What does a session cost?
Single sessions are €250, with reduced rates for follow-ups and packages. See the pricing page for the full breakdown and the booking calendar for real-time availability.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. See the refund policy for details.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer for EU clients on larger packages. Payment is due at booking.
Coaching FAQ: Choosing the Right Service
How do I know which service to pick?
Choose the one that names the pain you actually feel. Someone in a draining relationship starts with toxic relationship coaching; someone rebuilding self-worth starts with self-confidence coaching; someone questioning identity at its root starts with consciousness coaching. Browse all coaching services if you are unsure.
Can I combine services?
Yes. People often begin with one focus and move naturally into deeper work as it opens.
Is a single session really enough to matter?
Often, yes. Because the work is identity-level rather than incremental, one honest session can shift something that lingered for years. There is no obligation to continue.
Coaching FAQ: Privacy, Support, and Fit
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private by default and held in strict confidence. Nothing you share is discussed elsewhere, and sessions are only recorded with your explicit written consent.

1:1 Consciousness Mentoring — Healing From Within →Is there support between sessions?
Every session includes email follow-up for questions within 48 hours afterward. Annual mentorship clients also receive between-session support via WhatsApp and priority scheduling.
How soon will I see results?
Some people feel a shift immediately; for others a pattern loosens over weeks. This coaching FAQ cannot honestly promise a fixed timeline, because the work depends on your willingness to look rather than on a set protocol.
Can I do this coaching while in therapy?
Yes, and many people do. The coaching is forward-facing identity work and runs alongside therapy rather than replacing it. If what you need is clinical care, Christian will say so plainly.
What if budget is genuinely tight?
Write to office@christian-bech.com. Payment plans are available on packages, and sliding-scale arrangements exist in limited cases of real hardship.
What actually happens in the first session?
You bring whatever is most alive — a decision, a pattern, a question. There is no intake form to fill out first. The work begins exactly where your real life is.

Consciousness and business: why inner clarity changes your bank account too
Many people believe more money is just a matter of strategy and hard work. But behind every decision, every hesitation and every price negotiation is your consciousness. How clearly you decide, how naturally you state your worth, how much you allow yourself to be seen – in the end, all of it shows up in your bank account too.
Clarity changes decisions
When you are clear inside, you decide faster and more calmly. Less energy goes into doubt and procrastination, more into what really matters. Consciousness is the key: when something clears inside, your actions change – and different actions bring different results.
Your worth and your price
Many people charge less than their work is worth – not because the market demands it, but because an old belief quietly says they don’t deserve more. In consciousness work we look at exactly these places. Often that’s the moment someone states their real price for the first time without justifying it.
Consciousness mentoring: the lever you can’t see
With many of my clients, once the inner brakes are released, they finally implement what they postponed for years: they state their prices more clearly, show up more boldly, decide faster and stick with it. That’s why I see consciousness mentoring as another step towards more success – financially too. Not as a quick trick, but as a foundation everything else can stand on.
Consciousness is the key to everything.
Why consciousness mentoring?
Most people try to change their lives from the outside: a new job, a new city, a new strategy, one more course. That can help, but you often take yourself along wherever you go – with the same patterns, the same fears and the same inner brakes. In consciousness mentoring we work one level deeper: where your decisions, feelings and habits are formed.
Many people come to me feeling that they already know everything and still aren’t moving forward. That’s exactly the point: knowledge alone changes little as long as unconscious patterns are quietly holding the wheel. In consciousness mentoring we make these patterns visible and release them, so you stop working against yourself.
What changes: the results
Results come. But every path is individual, and every path takes its own time. One person makes noticeably more revenue after a short while, another first builds up their business, and someone else first finds their way back to themselves and to what they really want. There’s no off-the-shelf path – there’s your path. These are the changes my clients experience:
- More energy: When you’re no longer constantly fighting inner resistance, you free up strength that used to get lost in overthinking, doubt and procrastination. That’s often the first thing people notice: they wake up clearer and still have something left in the evening.
- More joy in life: When old baggage gets lighter, joy often comes back all by itself – in small things, in encounters, in your own life. Not as forced positive thinking, but as a real feeling.
- More freedom: You react less on autopilot and decide more consciously. Other people’s opinions, old expectations and guilt lose their power over you. You make decisions because you want to, not because you have to.
- More space: Space in your head, space in your calendar, space for yourself. When you know more clearly what matters to you, it gets easier to say no to what only drains you and yes to what nourishes you.
- Better fitness: Once you stop sabotaging yourself, you also stick with your training. Exercise turns from an annoying obligation into something you treat yourself to – and that’s exactly why you keep it up.
- Better health: Less inner pressure, better sleep, a calmer nervous system: when you treat yourself with more care, your body feels it too. You pick up on its signals earlier and look after yourself better.
- Better nutrition: A lot of eating happens out of stress, frustration or habit. Once these patterns become conscious, you eat more from real need again, and eating well no longer feels like sacrifice but like self-respect. If you like, I’ll also put together a personal nutrition plan for you and coach you on nutrition and fitness.
- Your passion and your purpose: When the noise gets quieter, you can hear what’s really inside you. Many people discover what they truly burn for and what contribution they want to make in the world – and start aligning their lives with it.
- And yes: money too: When you know your worth, you name clearer prices, show up more boldly and take action instead of hesitating. When passion, purpose and clarity come together, money often follows. Not as a trick, but as the natural result of finally doing, with full strength, what you’re here for.
In the end, this isn’t about a bit of self-optimisation. It’s about taking your life back into your own hands: with more energy, more joy, more freedom, a fitter and healthier body and a clear sense of what you’re doing all of it for.
